EncoCorp was established in the eighties by Zareh Tcheroyan and his co-founders. In the beginning, the company concentrated on steel structure manufacturing installation services for the industrial sector.

The nineties saw EncoCorp grow and diversify its business. The company spirit never changed as the tradition of the partners who established the business was carried on to provide quality solutions that exceeded expectations. The vision of the founders, shared by a new generation led EncoCorp to great accomplishments.

In 2010, the founders of EncoCorp decided to go their separate ways. George and Vicken Tcheroyan, partnering with a number of strategically aligned companies, formed T3 Services to bring a new dimension to what they had already developed with EncoCorp.

The reason was simple. In today's dynamic world, and with the trend of more and more companies choosing to outsource services ever increasing, T3 was created to provide organizations with the best and most sought after industry professionals who will deliver exceptional results at competitive prices and without compromising on quality. Lebanon being a country that boasts a large pool of highly qualified people, specialized in finance, engineering, management, recruitment and training, it made sense to make Beirut the regional hub for the company.
